Easy access to interstate.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They also have free Wifi in the rooms which is a bonus for business travelers.

OK hotel for the price we paid

Pros: The bed was very comfortable! The on site restaurant was SO GOOD! Amazing food! Indoor pool was nice.
Cons: Update the rooms. Need new carpeting for sure.
Location: Cheddars is right next door but had a horrible experience with getting food to go. So would recommend the onsite restaurant over anything.
This hotel was "OK". The front desk staff was super nice, the property itself was nice, but the room was clearly dated. Our room for sure needed some new carpeting, and a new couch. There were unidentifiable stains on the couch and the carpet had cigarette burns. I was a little nervous about letting my toddler play on the floor because I wasn't sure of the cleanliness. Overall, the bathroom was clean, but the shower stall showed some signs of age, too, mildew (?) or something in the corners where the door hooks to the wall. And the shower drain was no longer attached to the floor, the top slid all over the place. I'm not sure what was all over the ice machine on the 2nd floor, but it was just gross. We got a good price booking the hotel, so I wasn't extremely disappointed for what we got, and I sure have stayed in worst places! But not sure I would go back again when there are a million hotels to choose from in Houston. Also, be warned, this hotel is literally on a toll road. Something to think about, it just adds an extra expense to your trip.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel right next to a cheddars rooms were very nice if you're ever in Houston stay at the Holiday Inn

Great location, professional staff

Location was easily accessible, very friendly and professional staff, flexible check out, great breakfast, most comfortable beds. Cons: in the room upon initial entry, all drawers were left open-looked like someone raided the room prior to entry.

Don't waste money going there

Held my credit card for two different charges. I for room charge and the other for deposit then refused to give me receipt of payment after check out

Very nice hotel

This hotel looks just as good in person as it did in the pictures. The staff were really friendly and very helpful. I will be staying at this hotel on my next trip to Houston, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling there.

Good location to get around town

Check in was a breeze and most things were in good order as you would expect in a Holiday Inn facility. The carpets in the common areas need better care as they're beginning to look worn. I was particularly displeased about the choice of breakfast as I wasn't thrilled about eating exactly the same thing for breakfast for one week! Variety should rightly be the spice of a good breakfast.

Nice hotel close to highway

Pros: Excellent room, staff and location.
Cons: Reastaurant staff should be informed what a with breakfast room rate means.
Location: With the tollways, everything is not far - we did museaums and zoo on this visit.
Well kept property and very clean. Staff were very pleasant and professional. Rooms were spacious and clean and clean smelling. Beds could have been a bit softer. Great wifi. More than enough outlets. Skip the breakfast buffet, nothing special there. But do eat at the restaurant. Staff was very upbeat and attentive. Excellent location, just be prepared to use tollways - small bills and a bag of quarters. Would definitely use this property again.
