The staff was friendly and efficient on check in and check out. The breakfast staff were very helpful. The property and the room were a little worn out. Walls in room were scuffed and marked the beds were squeaky and the water temperature in shower was inconsistent from hot to cool. Property was clean.

Once we checked in my daughters were checking out the room and beds and noticed a lot of bed bugs in both beds. The lady in the front did exchange are room it was nice but my daughter's still found bed bugs there also. We did not stay any nights, thats how bad the rooms were. Would not recommend to any one

Unfortunately a bad experience, from the moment we enter the second floor I could smell a probably dirty carpet on our way to the room. Inside the room same bad smell, bed sheets and pillowcases were probably not changed, they had a weird smell and found some hair on the bed. Found an insect which I think is the one that bit my wife. There’s a refrigerator inside the room that made noise all night long. Sorry but I won’t recommend this place.

The front desk staff was great! There was a door to the outside of the hotel that wasn't working, made a longer walk to get in. The closet door was stuck so you only had about a 12-14" access to the closet. The room had a very damp feeling even though we had the a/c on. The a/c worked great and we really appreciate that.

The property was wonderful except the potatoes at breakfast were not all the way done everyday we was there. They need to cook them longer n taste a bigger one when they think they are to be sure. Other than that everything was perfect

Employees were very friendly and nice. Room was spacious but very outdated. Stains all over walls and furniture. Old mattresses. Sheets came off of one of the beds, it was covered in stains. Sofa bed was horrible. Sofa bed needs to be replaced. It was very old, dirty, and stained. Sheet on sofa bed had hairs on it.

Useless and unfriendly staff
No running water. Front desk provided us with water bottles though. Tried to change the room. Could not get the door to open between the connected rooms. Went down for breakfast in the morning. The lady in the kitchen said the breakfast was over. I did not say a word and turned around. She said “sir! You dont have to catch an attitude with me” loud and clear. I explained I did not have an attitude and walked away.
