The good: location, good size rooms, clean, room service.
The bad: slow check in/out. Non responsive guest service line (hard to get them and they never call back)
Housekeeping missed my room on one of the days wth no explanation nor an apology given.

It’s hard to hear, because there are simples fixes we can make on our part to ensure your next stay exceeds expectations.
