Not at all 4 star if you are in a regular room.

I'm assuming the previous great reviews were from people who stayed in suites b/c my experience wasn't even close to theirs. STAFF: It was very difficult to get help from anyone behind the desk at any time during the day. We barely got acknowledged. I understand if you are busy with something else, but a greeting would at least be nice so I know you are aware I'm there. I also requested for some extra items (coffee & toilette paper) be brought to the room. The 1st time, they never showed & never answered the phone again. The second time, the employee didn't know why he was sent to our room and had to then go back & get the items. The valet driver made snide remarks about me to his co-worker when I didn't hand him a tip when I took the car for dinner. I don't valet much, & the last hotel I stayed at wouldn't take a tip until we checked out. I turned around when I realized this & saw him making the remarks with a mocking expression on his face. When checking out, we were in a hurry to beat traffic, so we walked down very early. The girl at the desk started to help us check out, then walked off to chit chat and never came back. When we complained, someone else finally helped us. HOTEL: Pool in an awkward location. You will be swimming in front of anyone having an event in the hotel. Restaurant was closed the whole time. Old, semi-updated room was NOT as shown on website & felt dirty. Hotel looks cheap. I've stayed in worse by far, but not worth what I paid.

Not worth the money it warrants. The rooms are over priced and the amenities are under equipped. If you want the Galleria I suggest the Hilton or JW Marriott...............

파킹비 하루 35불인가를 받는게 아쉬움. 다른건 모두 만족., 귀찮게 후기를 길게 쓰라고 강요하는게 아주 싫음.

Pros: Didn't like it. Would never go back
Cons: The rooms were dirty, you could spend a little extra time making the rooms nicer instead of charging for everything.
Location: Location was good. Just hard to say anything possible about this place.
The first room had a dirty tub, they moved us and the other room bathroom and closet door was falling apart. They nickle and dime you to death at this hotel. Charge for valet parking (understandable), charge for self park (no reason for this), charge for refrigerator, charge for microwave, 5 different tax, a $12.00 a night convenience fee (I travel all the time and have never saw this).They also held an additional $200 of my money as if anyone could do any further damage to the place. Just disappointed and unsatisfied with the whole experience. The receipt was very cut and dry, showed my total charges and now of course, I can't figure out what they're doing based on how my account looks. It's one charge on there so far that has nothing to do with anything (couldn't figure out that amount if I tried).

Absolutely loved the experience. They made sure my husband and I stay was wonderful... We had absolutely no problems. The guest representative Arlene was awesome!

Best hotel for events in the houston area.

I love everything about this hotel. From Staff, security and just the overall setting and location. Its very sexii and close to the galleria. Ive stayed here more than once.

Very Nice Hotel and excellent location

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the room decoration is so nice.
Cons: the restaurant schedule operation
Location: Excellent for go to shopping and business
My wife and me spend two relaxing nights. The staff is very professional and gently.

Location: Great
I wanted to add another night to my original reservation. Which was handled sloppy and lazy. In the mix up the room service cleaned the room and the bottles of liquor. Which came up missing even an sealed bottle of champagne. Which was never recovered which is against they policy since we came back the same day. I was only given complimentary valet and the manager failed to call to verify if this problem was solved. The Loft room is an overpriced standard room with an balcony.
