One of the big problems with this hotel is there is no reserved parking in the parking structure attached to the hotel. So if you try to park after 7:00 pm it’s almost impossible to find a spot. There is also some place close that plays music late. We were on the 7th floor and it was still quite loud. One other small thing the only coffee that was in the room was decaf.

Great location with lots of shopping and food options within walking distance. We didn't like the gym and pool being closed during our stay. The property shouldn't charge an amenities fee without amenities being available on property.

We live near this hotel and use it for ourselves and friends in town. It’s under construction renovation but I’m sure it will be better it needed it. Rooms are all already renovated

Valet was great. Front desk was rude. Outside music was loud and can be heard inside the hotel rooms (5th floor). Area has heavy traffic with limited entrances and exits. Shower knob was broken. Be aware before you book this property is under construction!

The Moran as whole was great but because of all the construction we couldn't enjoy the facilities and by the time we were aware we were already couldn't cancel our reservation . But the rooms are fantastic. Staff were amazing and service was great.

Perfect location for a girls shopping weekend! Hotel view of the city is nice. Breakfast is good. Ready for the construction to be over and the pool to be open, but the hotel accommodates with a lifetime fitness pass during the stay. Very happy!

Stayed here in October 2023, and it was Excellent. March 2024 and things are not the same. I had no problem with the extensive renovations that caused the Pool area to be closed and breakfast to be served in the Lobby -although no notification of this was given at the time of my booking. However, Housekeeping was very poor. No Wash Towels replaced (I had to ask); no water for the Coffee Machine replaced (I had to ask); no disposable cups replaced (I had to ask)…each time warranted a trip to the Front Desk. Housekeeping left used wash cloths in the bathroom, and a used cleaning rag they had used to clean rooms on my vanity. While I really love the location of this Hotel and absolutely enjoyed my stay last year…I was very disappointed this stay. The Front Desk Staff was apologetic

Wonderful place to stay. Couple of downsides are that the shower has very low pressure. Electric charger is placed only in valet parking. Or the electric charger spots are purposefully made a valet to extract more money

The pillows were too floppy. The check in staff was distracted on the phone and hadn’t read the notes about the upgrade or wine bottle promotion and didn’t tell us timings of breakfast.

I reserved this hotel as it was close to MH hospital, where I was undergoing a procedure. I thought it a convenient place to recover. Staff friendless at front desk was nonexistent. Asked what wine I preferred for a complimentary bottle, and I never received. TV’s are awful, no Smart Tv capabilities, could not stream or cast…primitive these days!! Furthermore, it was a new tv that hadn’t even been set up yet. Maintenance had to come and setup. No information on the supposed room Service. I tried for over an hour calling the front desk and the restaurant, no one ever answered. I literally had to leave to find dinner. I wonder if anyone even works here!!! Never again.
