"Bilingual staff. Right next to the airport and close to my gym (Lifetime Fitness). It had all the bells and whistles I needed including a shuttle to the airport. I would definitely stay in here the future and recommend it to anyone who wants a solid hotel at a reasonable price."

"Hotel was nice and comfortable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of thenarea for attractions. Light switch when walking in-room had a malfunction and would flicker off at times. Notifed the front desk. Didnt get coffee in room when asked threw the text although the libbynhad an espresso machine kind of made up for it. Dodnt get clean towles or TP had to ask staff when ran out. Texting services may not be working properly. Vending machines were alright but for longer stays did not have health/hygiene products like toothpast mouthwash deodorant. Other wise stay was wonderful got to see the astros game and had some ot the best tacos ive ever had at Lone Star toco. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The location was lovely with lots to walk and enjoy. Free parking was very close. There was a extremely large wedding one evening we were there and the next day mid-afternoon things still needed cleaning and picking up. "

"This is a beautiful hotel. I had a little trouble with kiosk while trying to check in, gave up on that and checked in at the front desk with attendant. Check in was quick. We were traveling with my 85 year old mother, so I asked for adjoining rooms. Rooms are spacious and great. There is a bistro, although I didn’t try it, it did have a wide variety of options. The lobby is one of the nicest lobbies I’ve every visited. Very large area with numerous sitting areas. We were traveling to Houston Medical Center. Location is great. Location is close to several restaurants and grocery stores. I will be staying here again for future medical appointments."
