Cons: Upgrade Rooms
Very Old rooms, old TV and dirty bathroom/shower curtains. Even in 2015 no free internet. Not worth $$$

Excellent stay, and friendly. I would recommend Expedia for anyone's travel package deals. I've used twice this year so far and have been very please with my decision to use there services.

Spent one night.. ..good night's rest! Very nice towels, ...best hotel stay. Excellent service, friendly staff and really enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

Pros: The staff
Cons: I can't say if I complained about anything it would be the price for a night but the hotel has everything hard to argue.
Location: Get the hell out of Houston
Airline I was flying canceled my flight out of houston which was a connector. The Airline (Southwest) did not offer any assistance to getting my family a hotel room. Here we are no luggage with a seven year stuck at the airport. I knew if I could get to a business Marriott they would be able to assist us. I found one and it was beacon in the night. As I enjoyed the bar with numerous Southwest employees (clearly they had rooms) the bartender was some one special I did not get her name. The hotel had things we needed and they were more than understanding of our plight. I was even offered late checkout since the only flight I could get to my home state was late afternoon. We got room service and the hotel delivered us to the airport.

Pros: Front Lobby is nice
Cons: The waiter and waitress in the restaurant for breakfast need additional customer service training
The hotel was okay, not one of the best. I did receive a good nights rest. One elevator was out of order and that was inconvenient because I was traveling with small children.

Everything is clean and quite area. Love it. The hotel is beutiful and love the open space. The staff in the restaurant not vety friendly but everything else is just wonderful!!

Room was normal comfy. Reception/restaurant/bar services were slightly below average...for a name brand! I sensed that an older property was succumbing to time... which is NOT an inevitable course for an older property! You have...a convenient location, nice structure, but mediocre service awareness/training. I see great opportunity to make this place a shinning star...once again. Try Harder.

They need more luggage carts or bellman service. At 9am Sunday morn. There were no carts or a bellman available for over an hour. Totally fixable.
