Cozy and comfy

Pros: The hotel lunch was really good. Burger cooked just like I like and the fries were fresh. The bottle water in the gym was a treat.
Cons: More handicap parking
Location: Close to,anything and we walked often to dinner and to Kroger for room items or snacks we wanted. Big hit great American cookie company
Great get away for spring and th option of indoor or outdoor pool was really awesome. It would rain off and on sombeing able to keep swimming was really great. The staff was always prompt and willing to help. Alexander at the door helped anyway he could with,bags and suggestions

Great hotel and staff!

Pros: The way the rooms were remodeled and the breakfast brunch was awesome.
Cons: Not a thing! Gym and pool area were also very nice.
Location: Central location close to restaurants and Galleria for shopping.
We were visiting our daughter in Houston and went to the Stock show/rodeo and Willie Nelson concert! This hotel is centrally located to many wonderful restaurants and the Galleria! Will stay here again.

Great place to stay.

I came down to Houston for TX2K and this is a great place to stay, plenty of room to park. The highway being right by the hotel makes it easy to go make highway pulls.

Near my moms nursing home

Rooms are small, no fan in bathroom . Walls are thin and noise in hall radiates

The Room was amazing Big and open but their were no drawers to put clothes up.

Great Hotel with a Bitter Taste.

The Hotel was overall very nice. I was there for a business trip, however I was severally inconvenience late Friday night / Saturday morning by a stranger banging and kicking at my door. She eventually left only to come back with a male banging and kicking at my door again. At that point I contacted the front desk, who dispatch security only to find out she was not only at the wrong room but wrong floor as well. As a result I wasn’t able to get much sleep thereafter. I had meetings scheduled the entire day and had to apologize to my colleagues throughout day for my perpetual yawning and sleepiness. I was so embarrassed. The night manager did provided me with complimentary breakfast tickets, but I believe more could have been done. As I checked out Sunday I explained this to the day manager, and suggested that one of my days be refunded to me for the inconvenience she was more than happy to do so but suggested that since I prepaid via Hotels.com she was unable at the time to apply a refund, which to me was insufficient and unsatisfying. I hope that between Hotels.com and/or the Marriott can accommodate my request of a one night refund per my embarrassing inconvenience.

I am pleased that our team offered you compensation for your troubles, however, when a guest books their stay through a third-party site, an immediate refund or discount may be out of the hands and may need to be passed to the accounting department of the company who handling the initial booking.
