Overall stay was good! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit older and can use some upgrades in some areas but overall clean. It’s very close to the highway which is convenient when you wanna go places. However, if you’re a light sleeper that can be a problem because you can hear car noises during early morning hours (4-8 am). Ear plugs helped. You can ask for the 1st floor which is below the streets and bridges (highways) level that might help. One thing that I love the most is the 24-hour security personnel at the entrance and parking area. Houston is rough and that helped put my fear that our car will be broken into at ease.
Our least fav hotel. Pool was broken once we arrived. Our whole reason for staying there. Hotel just seems too outdated. Will never stay again. Sorry.

The front desk gave my room to someone else because I arrived at 6am. They held the reservation not until check out but until someone else wanted the room. The front desk guy rudely asked if I wanted to cancel after I found out the room I booked was not available, then suggested I pay extra for an upgraded room instead. The room had been smoked in before and air freshener used to try and cover it up. Floors were dirty, multiple hair ties found and a plastic deodorant cap on the ground.

The shower tub was dirty. Showing up mold on the caulking. No exhaust in the bath room to remove condensation on the mirrors. The towels smell bad.. The blankets are dirty.

Facility was in poor condition. The hotel was clean but extremely dated with warn carpet and large cracks in the atrium walls and Roma with similar aging.
For this price point I would recommend staying with a different property.

Hotel is older and a bit run down, but our stay was fine. Rooms are good sized and clean with all the amenities you would expect from the Hyatt brand. Rate was also very attractive. Nice bar/restaurant in lobby for evening entertainment. Would stay again for the right rate.

Everyone was so polite and nice especially Sharon from the front desk who checked us in. Only issue i had was with Carlos the bartender and the waitress but the MOD compensated us and made us feel more welcome. I definitely recommend the room service was great pool food drinks

This property was chosen because it was close to the airport, had a shuttle service and it had a pool which was beautiful as most of the hotels do not have an outdoor pool. It was also chosen because Hyatt Regency are often exceptional in the rooms. The staff were all amazing. However, the rooms were very old, furniture was very old and not refurbished. Not what one is used to with the Hyatt Regency chain.

There is very little hot water, couldn't even fill a small bathtub up. I was traveling alone and was counting on room service for my meal in the evening. They advertise room service but there isn't any. This is an old hotel, very dated. The view from my window is old dusty beams with cobwebs. Nothing eye appealing at all
