Broken Bed, Half-hearted setvice

The king bed in our room was broken and sagging on one side. Staff were able to replace it but unable to discount our stay due to having booked through a third party (Expedia). They promised us a free breakfast instead, but the next day no one seemed to remember this promise. Juices we ordered from room service were also forgotten. There were long brown hairs on the tiles surrounding the bathtub which did not belong to us. Not very thorough cleaning. All in all, disappointing for the expectations we had of a hotel of this caliber.
