Exceptional Service

It was awesome even though we were there a short time. Lady at front desk was very helpful and considerate. I would stay here again in a minute.

It was very bad stay. The room smells very bad, the coffee machine doesn't work and the receptionist wasn't welcome us.

Average Hotel in Houston

Posted Mar 29, 2016
Pros: Free wifi.
Cons: Housekeeping staff could clean rooms better.
Location: There is a Texas Roadhouse across the road.
We had a king-size bedroom. Check in was a little slower than I would have preferred but not annoyingly slow. The room was missing trash can liners and the bathtub was not thoroughly clean. The cleanliness of the room wasn't disgusting, but it wasn't immaculate enough to impress. It was average. The pool looked clean and inviting, although we did not use it. The breakfast consisted of gluten-filled food, so we didn't eat it. There was nothing exceptional about the hotel . . . just average. The free wifi worked well.

Not worth the price we paid

Posted Mar 23, 2016 on Hotels
this hotel is undergoing renovations. We stayed here because of travel ball and this hotel was assigned to us by the league! Not a good pick. The outside is old. My biggest complaint was that we paid $100 a night for a hotel that should have been around $65, and the rooms had double beds! Sorry I need a queen. Breakfast was really basic! Muffins, bagels, toast and waffles. Room was clean but had a musty smell..
