Nice. Close to airport

Good. Staff was professional and helpful. Close to airport for flying out. Shuttle driver was on time and helped with luggage. Was not at hotel long enough to enjoy breakfast or any other amenities. Had trouble with printer at business office but someone was available to promptly help us print boarding passes. Got lost getting there and called our hotel for directions and she got us to destination.

great hotel near IAH

I had an early morning flight, so I needed a hotel near the airport. They picked me up at the rental car center promptly. On prior occasions, when I sayed at other hotels, I had to take the rental shuttle from the rental car center BACK to the airport and then take the hotel shuttle to the hotel, effectively adding 30 to 45 minutes to the late night. Check in took all of 2 minutes. The lobby was bright and airy. The halls were well lit and wide. The room was modern and spacious. I didn't hear any noise from.other guests, and I rested quite well. Shuttles to the airport run every 30 minutes starting at 5am, concluding at 11pm. You have to sign up for the morning shuttle the night prior to needing the shuttle. Breakfast consisted of a selection of muffins and granola bars as well as fruit, yogurt, cereal, biscuits, sausage gravy, eggs, and waffles. I will stay here anytime I need the hotel near the airport for an early flight. Friendly staff, clean facility, and prompt service.

Needed hotel for 1 night. Close to airport. Clean. Nice breakfast. Great price! Would stay again.

Nice hotel with excellent friendly staff. Hotel was a little dated but served our purpose for an overnight stay being close to the airport.

Nice hotel...poor AC

The hotel is in great location to Houston airport. They offer a good continental breakfast. My complaint was issues with the AC. In our room, as well as the lobby/ breakfast dining area it was hot.

We stayed there prior to our trip, stored our vehicle there for a week, and stayed there upon return from vacation. When I booked both rooms, I made sure to add to the comments that our flight would be in late (almost 11 pm) because I knew that the airport shuttle stops at 11 pm. I called prior to flying into Houston and spoke with Daniel about a shuttle. He told me to call him as soon as we get off of the plane. I called Daniel to see if the driver was gone for the night or if we needed to get a taxi. He told me that he was sending someone to get us right away! Benson arrived right on time to get us! I later found out at the hotel that Daniel had actually traded times to get off with another person so that he could make sure that we were taken care of! I also found out that Benson was taking over for Daniel after he got off, but came to get us so that we wouldn't have to get a taxi! Daniel and Benson are awesome and made our night amazing with their promptness and kindness! Kudos to Laquinta for having such a valuable team!!!
