Back again!!

I came to attend a conference in downtown Houston. The location was perfect! Not too close and not too far. The room and hotel was great! There was every amenity I ever wanted and more! It was clean and looked very high end!. The best part of my stay was the staff! Each and every one of them were nice, smiling and greeted me each time! They were very helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating. They made me feel like a real "Princess". Thank you all!

Convenient to Hobby airport

The pros to this hotel: 24 hour shuttle, Free long term parking. The cons: my room was extremely musty and ants in the bathroom (on the sink surround and in the tub).

close to hobby airport - good value for the price

Pros: convenient to hobby
Location: no food nearby - walked to gas station to find something to eat - otherwise pizza or chinese order in.
came in late, left early - slept well - didn't see much or use hotel facilities

It sounded like someone was mowing the lawn

The staff was curt and not friendly when we checked in. The room smelled horrible and was hot and humid. When we turned on the AC it made a very loud noise that sounded like someone was mowing the lawn in our room. The hotel was booked, so we couldn't be moved (which I understood), but the maintenance person was not on property in order to fix the problem.

Okay for a one night stay before leaving town.

Pros: Comfortable and clean room.
Cons: Noise level
Location: Near airport
We were in Houston for 4 days and booked this hotel the night before we left because we had an early flight out of Hobby. The room was very clean and comfortable with the exception of the shower...which was more like a shower stall. Water leaked all over the bathroom floor when it was used. The breakfast was fine. Our only major complaint was the noise. We were the first room by the lobby on the first floor and either the employees were talking loud all night or there were some loud, rowdy guests hanging out there. Whoever had the room above us was listening to some romantic yet depressing music over and over again. I am willing to give this hotel another try, though, if we ever are in Houston again and need a place to stay before an early flight. Not for more than one night, though, since there is really nothing nearby as far as entertainment or restaurants are concerned

Not all I thought it would be

Wifi was slow at best and had to keep logging in. We reservation was made I understood we could get shuttle service within five miles 24/7, but this was not the case. We wanted to go get dinner at the Denny's very close by, but was told by front desk staff they don't provide dinner shuttle after 6 pm. That is a pretty early cut off time. Same staff was not helpful in giving us info of who could deliver. We had a cargo trailer hooked up to our truck for our last night in Houston and couldn't drive just anywhere with it in tow. Also surprised that no detail provided in hotel room about local spots close by, or any details period of local area, just general info. Best part about hotel was the included breakfest and no extra fee for pets.
