Bad Smell and AC kept me up all night.Posted Oct 11, 2015
Needless to say I did not sleep well. The bed was flat. The breakfast was generic and overall this place needs some better management.

the hotel is close to the HOU airport, free airport and local shuttle pick up and drop off, and always ready for you, I'd give a 5 on that. spacious room, quiet ac, new lg 40" lcd tv, we had early flight did not have bf in the hotel beds not comfy and squeaks so bad, furnitures old, hallway and room smell muddy very discomfortable.

Excellent staff, large rooms, great breakfastPosted Aug 12, 2015
Pros: Great customer service!
Location: It's near the airport and a great selection of restaurants nearby.
Excellent staff, large rooms, great breakfast, they even have a waffle iron in the shape of Texas! I've stayed there twice and Bridget, who works the front desk, is always helpful and friendly!

A nice hotel.Posted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: Very pleasant and courteous staff, nice pool area, and a larger fitness center than you see in most smaller hotels.
Cons: They probably need to hold their cleaning staff a bit more accountable. Check the rooms before letting guests check in.
Location: Good authentic Mexican food in the area, and a good BBQ place, Central Texas BBQ in nearby Pearland; large portions of yummy food.
La Quinta is always our first choice because we always travel with our dog, and unlike other hotel chains, La Quinta does not charge outrageous pet fees. We checked in sometime after 3:00 PM and were greeted pleasantly at the front desk. When we got to our room, there were no towels and someone had left food behind in the cabinet next to the fridge. There was also a very musty smell in the room but to be fair the AC was turned off. I went to the front desk to report the issues and the clerk immediately gave us another room and was extremely apologetic. Apparently the cleaning service had reported the room as "cleaned" but clearly they overlooked things. No big deal. Our new room was on the first floor, which made it much more convenient with the dog, and was very close to the pool. We stayed three nights and all the staff members were very friendly. Breakfast is as one would expect for free. Good waffles. Wish they would offer more fresh fruit choices. I enjoyed the pool very much. The entire property is well kept. We would stay here again if we come through this area again.

4 star hotel for a low pricePosted Jul 2, 2015
My stay was beautiful, they had everything you could ask for, gym, pool/hot tub, free food, free drinks, window had no screen on it so if your a smoker that is a plus for you, I only had one problem, my room door had a problem closing all the way, but at least I could lock it. Overall I had a nice stay Sunday, but it might be crowed on Saturday an Friday.

Beds were hard, otherwise nice room Exercise equipment needs work. Bicycle is stuck on hardest level and elliptical machine was in bad shape. The whole top part of the mechanism needs tightening down. Breakfast was good and receptionist was very nice.
