Theft and burglaries

Someone broke into my truck on my last review I was really upset because of this.but the Hotel manager she took care of me and let me stay on until my vehicle was ready.this hotel is nice and I never had any problems with the staff.just be careful of the local staying there they are up to know good sitting around outside watching you at all times they blend in well at times

A week stay here a someone broke into my truck and stole my Gun Thursday night I got up Friday morning to check out Friday morning when I discovered it but they told me they didn't no who the truck belonged to really I've been here a week.they have local people staying at this hotel watching you 6790 South West Freeway Houston TX

Auto thefts and burglaries

They have local people staying at this hotel watching you at all times they busted out my window on my 2016 RAM and stole my Gun it happen around 10 or 10:30 on Thursday night I got up Friday morning to check out that when I discovered it but they told me they didn't no who the truck belonged to really saying it happen last night I've been here almost a week how you don't know that's my truck when you have to put vehicle info on card when check-in on these people stole my Gun and the Hotel talking about giving me 2 nights free I'm calling corporate I lost more than 123.00 dollars truck in the shop now I'm stuck here waiting on it to be repaired don't stay here 6790 Southwest Freeway is the bad side of town in Houston. I accidentally left my Gun and they can look out the window and they are sitting around outside watching

Every Changing Room

Pros: Location, staff, amenities were all good.
Cons: Make sure everything is working before putting someone in room.
My over all experience was fine. My first 30 minutes after checking in --not so good. I was put in one room and the air conditioner did not work. Called the front desk and she quickly moved me to another room. Go settled in and decided to watch a basketball game but the TV did not work. Called the front desk and she promptly moved me to another room. She turned on the air and the TV and checked to be sure all was in order. All was good. I got ready to curl up on the bed and look over some papers I had and reached to turn on the light and it did not work. I gave up, moved to the other side of the bed,. the lamp worked. I called it a day.

I did not like the fact they charge your card with out advising you it's for incendentials which is not mentioned any where in there booking policys there was no options given by front desk personal.

Outdated, rooms are very small. Breakfast consisted of muffins, bagels or toast, or cereal. We found a roach on the ceiling in the room.

Nice Hotel

Pros: Yes, my family like this hotel. Very clean. Good staff. Good breakfast. fast-speed internet.
Cons: The bathroom is so small.
We reserved the hotel for 3 night. It is besides highway. Very convenient to go anywhere.

Located next to freeway & feeder road. Can't fell too safe when hotel has posted signs all over the property to "lock car and take out valuables"? My first room wasn't even completely cleaned so they gave me a new room. Doesn't look like too much money has been put back into the hotel over the years.

Disappointment stay

Rooms were moldy & smelly. My wife had allegic reaction. Pillows are too small.
