The staff were friendly. The iron in our room was burnt so they did get us a new one. The bed sheets felt wet and the a/c did not blow cold air. The room felt musky and smelled like mold. I do not know if it was just that one room or not. Breakfast was ok. The best part was the waffle.

I am sorry though about the iron that did not work and the a/c that did not work properly which caused the room to feel humid. We should have caught these issues before you did. I have shared your comments with both the Room Attendant who cleaned your room as well as her supervisor to ensure that we do a better job of catching these issues before our guests do.
