Roach's everywhere!

Roach infestation!!!! That's all I have to say about this hotel!

We take reports like this very seriously. We have the hotel treated every month. Any time that we have a guest report seeing any pests we immediately call our pest control company out that day to treat the room to ensure that we resolve the issue. I apologize for the trouble that this issue caused you. We are working hard to make sure that this does not happen again. hotel close to highway

Pros: staff is very nice
Cons: carpet has mold smell in some where.
Location: location is very convenient to access high way.
first room is smelly, but staff is very nice, replace the room for us right away.

bed felt musky and wet a/c felt like outside air

The staff were friendly. The iron in our room was burnt so they did get us a new one. The bed sheets felt wet and the a/c did not blow cold air. The room felt musky and smelled like mold. I do not know if it was just that one room or not. Breakfast was ok. The best part was the waffle.

The night guy Zach was very helpful and courteous. The continental breakfast was great. It had a good variety. The hotel is in a good quiet area .

Hotel had plumbing problems while there, carpet smelled mild due. Probably just the one floor.

Thank you for the feedback regarding your stay with us. We had a water pipe break on Sunday night which caused water to spill on to the hallway carpet. The pipe was repaired by Monday morning. The carpet was dried out and the odor removed. I am very sorry for the inconvenience that this caused you. I hope that you consider trying us again on your next visit to our area. This hotel is very nice, comfortable, and clean. In a great location and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again!

The room was good and comfortable and breakfast was provided. But the staff is had no costumer service. Security guard was not helpful and very disrespectful. They need to learn consumer service.

Cons: Housekeeping could be better Clean the carpet in th room
The hotel was cleaner and better than our previous hotel. The carpets were filthy and stained and housekeeping didn't clean much if they attended your room at all

Nice ,clean hotel close to the highway; easy acces

Pros: Close to the place I want do.
Cons: Wireless speed is a little slow.
Location: Not too far from Houston Asian shopping and food district.
The hotel staffs are pleasant to deal. Clean room and affordable price.
