my stay at La Quinta

Pros: The bed in the room was very comfortable
Cons: Breakfast was very salty especially the sausages.
Location: The location is far and you need to get a taxi to move around. Not ideal for walking.
The breakfast provided could have been a variety of continental, it contained too much salt. The hot tub and swimming pool was outside the hotel which faced the freeway and there was no privacy. I wanted to use the hot tub but changed my mind. I had a total stranger who threw a cup of coffee on me whilst I was waiting for the lift to go for breakfast. This behaviour made me nervous for the rest of my stay. The staff called the police when I reported it, and it turned out this person sneaked into the building and he had mental health issues. Staff were very apologetic but it made me nervous whenever I had to come out of my room until I left.

Comfortable and Friendly

Pros: I like how quiet and close to the freeway it was. Also, the free hot breakfast that was included.
Cons: Everything was fine.
Location: It's a long way away from the airport, but I specifically chose it because it was close to where I needed to be. Not much close by
it was wonderful that they had late check-in given how late my flight was. The front desk was amazing with their greeting, friendliness, and laughter. Even better was the morning breakfast. loved how they have a strict no smoking policy. Next time I visit Houston, I will definitely be looking to book this place again.

Needs Leverage Staffs and Facility

I stayed this hotel because the distance for the purpose of this trip and was the best option overall that price compares to the quality they provide within nearby. Generally the facility has been updated for modern design and the room was spacious and clean. Perhaps, it would be rated higher if the front staff as well as breakfast area staffs appearance is more professional and neat. Staffs seem wear some type of golf shirt, but it was not identifiable and does not appear to be neat. Breakfast staff works reluctantly bringing items, shows no happiness in the morning, which affects customer's morning.

I was glad to be able to check in early. The room was comfy. Breakfast was good. Snacks and drinks on Wednesday evenings is a great bonus!

Nice hotel, close to arena theater& Galleria mall

My stay was wonderful. The room was cozy& clean, the staff was super friendly& helpful. Our tv wouldn't change channels& they food everything they could to make sure we were happy. The breakfast was really good, everything was nice & hot. Hotel was super clean. I'll definitely be going back!!!

Location: good location close to highways and main streets lots of good food places.
clean and comfortable good breakfast great location.

Pros: Very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous; Very comfortable!
Staff was excellent. Hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was typical US (processed food/fake eggs), but that's expected in today's world in North America.

The staff was great! Made us feel very welcomed from the first day till the last. Very helpful with it being our first time in the Houston area without any guides. Hotel was in a great area that was easy to get to all the areas we wanted. You will love this hotel!

Home away from Home

If I could give this hotel a 10 I would. It was convenient, staff was great, breakfast was fantastic! If I'm ever in Houston again I will definitely stay! Oh yeah and I got my room for a great cost!
