Normally we're not unsatisfied with this hotel chain. We went through a lot of trouble with this hotel and Expedia with the booking and the stay. First expedia honored me a two hundred dollar credit and never credited it to my account, so I spent 3 hours on the phone with them until they finally credited my account (that's after getting yelled at and hung up on by a so called supervisor). As far as the newly renovated hotel. The bath tubs have rust stains that look like dirt, they reuse bath mats which is absolutely disgusting and can cause bacterial fungus, when we turned the thermostat up because it was cold it set off an alarm in the middle of the night waking us up after traveling 12 hours to get there. Oh and to also mention that we had to change rooms three times and had to call the general managers cell phone just to get switched into the third room, and they had No staff available to clean the rooms and mentioned we would have to wait in the morning for housekeeping to show up.

I'm sorry about your experience with Expedia and us. Super Bowl reservations have a different cancellation and deposit policy. As you were aware we are working on renovating the hotel and the tubs are scheduled for resurfacing in February. We do re-use the bath mats, but they are washed and disinfected after each guest so there are no chances of infections. We are not a full service hotel and do not have housekeeping 24 hours but we definitely try to accommodate all our guests in the best way possible, either by changing rooms or fixing the problems if it can be done by our front desk staff.

Convenient for super bowl

Hotel is being renovated but still needs some work. Beds were hard as a rock. Furniture was old and banged up. Staff was super nice. Bathroom was newly done and clean. Paint I. Rooms was dark.

Beautifully remodeled, comfortable and clean

Pros: Clean an d newly remodeled
Cons: Just shower pressure
Location: Lots of new businesses and food nearby
Love this hotel!!! Only small issue was on the the 3rd floor, I had no shower pressure, it really just dribbled out. Everything else was wonderful and Amazing,

Good location if you are visiting Pearland

Ok place.Needs a new computer for guest. They did let a quest stay with a dog...not good. Did not appear to be a service dog

Great hotel, on the outside...

The staff were friendly, but their appearance was unprofessional. We got to our room and the shower head was nasty, and the soap dish was falling out of the wall. The comforter for the bed was old and dilapidated. The pillows were flat with no neck support to them. The bed was the worst I've had comfort wise and we travel frequently. The thermostat on the wall was broken, but we were able to adjust it at the unit. The breakfast was sad and pathetic we opted for fast food.

Hotel was so so. The room had a strong smell of mildew. The bathroom needed to have the black mold scrubbed off around the sink and bathtub area. Breakfast was tasty. They could have used an extra set of hands. They front desk had to manage check-ins, check-outs, prepare the breakfast and restock the breakfast bar by themselves. We got locked out of the hotel, as the hotel card readers on the pool and side doors couldn't read the hotel key card to get back in. There was a sign on the bathroom counter that told us to leave the towels in the room if going to the pool, except the pool area had no towels. We had 4 people in the room, but the hotel only put three towels in the bathroom. I think if I had to redo this trip, I would use a different hotel. At least Houston area was nice.
