Hotel was so so. The room had a strong smell of mildew. The bathroom needed to have the black mold scrubbed off around the sink and bathtub area. Breakfast was tasty. They could have used an extra set of hands. They front desk had to manage check-ins, check-outs, prepare the breakfast and restock the breakfast bar by themselves. We got locked out of the hotel, as the hotel card readers on the pool and side doors couldn't read the hotel key card to get back in. There was a sign on the bathroom counter that told us to leave the towels in the room if going to the pool, except the pool area had no towels. We had 4 people in the room, but the hotel only put three towels in the bathroom. I think if I had to redo this trip, I would use a different hotel. At least Houston area was nice.
