Great hotel, on the outside...

The staff were friendly, but their appearance was unprofessional. We got to our room and the shower head was nasty, and the soap dish was falling out of the wall. The comforter for the bed was old and dilapidated. The pillows were flat with no neck support to them. The bed was the worst I've had comfort wise and we travel frequently. The thermostat on the wall was broken, but we were able to adjust it at the unit. The breakfast was sad and pathetic we opted for fast food.

La Quinta is usually great but not this time

Front desk was rude, there were no towels poolside (as was stated on note in room), corridor had dead beds and dirt clods for one whole day, back door would NOT open will our key card (tried multiple times, others did not work either), and there were roaches in our room. When I told front desk she just said, "so sorry".

VERY CLEAN. BREAKFAST HAD PROTEIN, TEXAS WAFFLES, AND STAFF WERE VERY NICE. WE PLAN TO STAY AGAIN.

This is the best La Quinta I have ever stayed. I will definitely stay there again. Tasha at the front desk was fantastic. Great customer service.
