The front desk agent was super nice. When I told him it was my daughters birthday he sent up chocolate covered strawberries as a present. :)

Luxury room hotel

Hotel was clean. Staff friendly; but can be rude. Beds not comfortable. Rugs on floor in room very ruff and uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet. Amenities good. But hotel rooms not worth $350.00 a day. Not a luxury hotel.

Waste of money! Stay elsewhere!

Stayed one night with my after our Wedding. Paid for a Concierge Level Room but had to ask 3x to get the room key to work for the Concierge Lounge! The fridge was completely empty, no drinks or snacks in it. We didn't get to our room until after 11pm and had no access to the Concierge Lounge as it closes at 10pm, which the Front Desk didn't know about. I called down for some bottled water as I told them that I couldn't get into the Concierge Lounge (meaning it was closed). They sent up 2 bottles of water and new room keys with access to the Lounge. I told them that the lounge is closed. Well, the next morning, we couldn't get into the Lounge because they programmed the key wrong, so we missed our breakfast as we had plans to meet friends. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were like jello wrapped in a pillowcase! Neither my bride or myself could sleep good and were wondering why we spent over $300 for this room! Complete waste of money. I've always had great experiences with Marriott hotels up until now. On the upside, the hotel mgt did leave a bottle of Champagne and a cheese, sausage, cracker plate as a gift for us newlyweds. That was very nice. I give credit where it is due.

Great hotel in suar land town square

Really enjoyed the hotel. The rooms were updated and comfortable. The staff was professional and vey friendly. The only negative comment I have for the hotel is the walls between rooms are very thin. I could hear everything (conversations, coughing, ect) on both sides and above the room. Just keep television or music on:) Otherwise the hotel is a great stay in sugar land.

Appreciated a hand shower option.. Rooms freezibg cold and needed to turn on the heater.. TV PROGRAMS poorvas Hilton group is better with cable TV..
