Really had fun at this hotel. Fish in the lobby and glass elevator were our favorite!!

Nice rooms and lobby, great value!

Had to stay here when our AC went out unexpectedly. Rooms were comfy and clean. Pool and outdoor furniture was dated, and bellhop staff nonexistent, but the lobby was great as were the rooms.

Excellent location, good facilities.

Pros: Is very clean.
Cons: no.
Location: Good, close to anything.
The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Sheets of good quality, bathroom: Sufficient towels, medium soaps (not small ones) and excellent shower. Bad things: if you want to use the fridge in the room you must pay $ 25 a day, not good, originally wanted to charge $ 9 a day for internet use, then the front desk confirmed that it was included with the Expedia reservation, my recommendation, Check out personally since when I did, charges appeared on the bill that were not mine. But in general it is highly recommended, especially for the roofed parking, for the high temperature of this season and rain. It is definitely on my list of hotels on my next trip to Houston.

Zero amenities

I was shocked when we checked in to find out that everything was an extra fee. We had stayed for 4 nights with two little kids and our room didn't have a microwave, fridge, or wifi. Not without an extra daily fee of course. Breakfast was $20 per person each morning if we would like that. They charged you for every little thing in that hotel! I do admit that the room was very clean, the pool was nice, and the fish in the lobby was beautiful. Besides the ZERO amenities included in our stay, it was a nice hotel. But be prepared for all those extra fees :(

Nice place, confortable, peacefull.

Pros: Natural enviroment, living creatures to enjoy the view, pleasant atmosphere
Cons: Besides the coffe in the room, it could be a contienetal breakfast as a nice courtesy from the Company.
Location: Great location, close to the Katy, memorial and Galleria Malls, close to the Houston International Airport, variety of restaurants and other amenities
It was a very nice experience, time we share in a pleasant atmosphere, natural sorroundings, clean and beautifull place to enjoy vacations or going to a business time. Thank you very much to all people who share thier time to care for us.

Beautiful hotel

Pros: The price, and the beautiful atmosphere.
Cons: Offer free lobby coffee in the morning
Location: Hike and bike trail.
This place was huge and beautiful. The room was ok, but not very large, The swimming pool was big and very nice.

Nice Hotel But Horrible Staff

When I first arrived at the hotel at 2:45pm for check in which was at 3:00pm, I was told that there were no available rooms because of a wedding and I would have to wait. I was then offer to leave my bags with the concierge and take the shuttle bus around the city. I was traveling for work and had been catching flights since 5:00am. I also had a dinner to attend for work at 4:30pm and wanted to rest before. After refusing they quickly found me a room which made me question how clean it was since not only 10 minutes ago they had no available rooms. Later that night I reported the shuttle bus driver Jamie to the manager Carol because of how rude he was and was told by the manager that sometimes he has to be rude because people don't listen! Nice hotel, horrible staff.
