Dear Eric, we are an Award winning hotel. We care about our customers but this review is FALSE and you wrote this review out of grudge and does not do us justice. We have pictures as evidence that the room was in perfect working condition. Our record shows you checked in at around 12:34 a.m, after approximately 2 hours of usage you wanted your money back. Our AC worked perfectly fine, we checked the room prior renting them out to our guests. We also checked the room after you checked out there was NO smell and AC works. This is a scenario where you simply wanted a free stay. We even offered you to change your room and you simply declined and left because you were done with your business.
