Place to day for the Halloween Weekend

Pros: It was close to everything.
Cons: The smell in the hallway.
Location: There's so much to do and places to eat with in a 5 minute drive.
I enjoyed my stay here. It was quiet, clean, and a good location. Everything that I need.

My Employee said this is the worst hotel he ever stayed in texas. Never booked on this hotel again

The pictures look amazing but I know pictures can be deceiving. When we checked in the guy at the front desk was sweet and friendly. I like to check ratings and read reviews before I make purchases. This one actually didn't seem bad at all based on the reviews. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft and fluffy, great location for us. Small room but nonetheless good deal for the price. Its no 5 star hotel but if you need a night or weekend to stay at a reasonable cost I definitely suggest it.

Don't waste your money!

The hotel was massively overpriced for what it is. The room was basic, and the hotel lacks amenities like breakfast/ restaurant, and any form of laundry service. It also lacks a business centre, or even a single PC to check emails, and print. I wouldn't have minded if it was half the price! But for what I paid, I expected MUCH more. Also, some very unsavoury people were frequently spotted visiting the hotel at various times of the day... The staff were friendly though, which is the only saving grace.

During special events such as the one in Houston recently, accommodation rates trend upward across the board. While this may seem as a steep increase to the average traveler, be assured our rate is on the lower quadrant of the pricing scale amongst our peers. With an IHOP steps away, and a quality dry-cleaning shop nearby, we listened to our guests and decided to keep our rates as low as possible. Our best guests have found this meets their needs in that they save more than enough here to afford a nice breakfast and dry-cleaning service of their choosing. Thanks again,

Let us know specifically what you would like to see us improve upon. We've renovated the rooms, new bedding, tvs, wifi, and HD channels. Our desk is staffed around the clock, and we have on-site security. We are an award-winning property in being proactive with the Westchase Police Department. New LED lighting. We are in the top 5% of Houston Hotels for a reason. We'd love to hear from you regarding what we can do better, so we may achieve 1st place ranking.

The comferters had holes from cigerretes. The room smelt bad. But it did have some good upgrades, the hard wood floor.
