Overall good experience but I do wish some of the staff not all but some would be a little more professional.

decent location, but terrible hotel.

easy access to high way & close to downtown. staff was rude, not helpful, its like they didn't care at all. the toilet wasnt flushing, told front desk about it & he did nothing. it smelled bad, like smoke, all the time. i would not have my family stay here, in the lower floor, seems tl me like there was prostitution & drug interactions. i was actually scared. overall, hated the hotel. dont stay here.

Needs URGENT renovations

The hotel has a very old smell throughout. The room was small, cramped and on the end on the hallway. Cars keys were inoperable for the access door near the swimming pool. Upon check out I discovered that I left my cooler behind. I contacted the hotel and the staff went to my room to retrieve. Upon returning to pick it up I discovered that several of the items had been taken. As a professional travel agent I definitely would not recommend that travelers stay here.

Hotel viejo o eso aparenta.

Its a decent hotel close to the Galleria . Maybe it needs a little improvement in the halls because I perceived a smell like humid .

Went for leisure, close to the freeway which was nice. Only one main entrance to the hotel rooms which was not nice, tiny entrance driveway. Be careful of Houston drivers.

Staff service and attitude was horrible. It smelled like old water and urine in the hallways. Stated that there was free breakfast and did not have any! (Furious and hungry)

Good place to stay.

The location of this place is very good! It's right on the tollway so it's easy to access many freeways. Me and my fiance stayed here for almost a week. The staff was very friendly. They greeted to us almost every time we entered or exited. The room was extremely large and comfortable. The room was tidy everyday that we got back. The only reason I'm giving this a four star instead of a five is because our fridge was out and we informed the front desk about it. They said they would have it fixed so me and fiance went to buy groceries in order to save money from going out to eat all the time. The fridge didn't get fixed and our food was spoiled the next day we came back, thus defeating the purpose of us trying to save money because the food went to waste. All in all though, it was a good experience and I would stay again!
