Close to family

We had always wanted to stay at this location because it is right down the street from our family. We also love the close proximity to the Galleria. Very nice smaller place. The staff was so very helpful. It took about 5 tries before our key cards would work in our room lock and on the elevator. They fixed the problem. A lovely place to stay.

Ok but parking was 16.00 which I was not told until I got there. Parking should be free for hotel customer

Home away from home.

This was my first stay at a Residence Inn by Marriott I think lol. Anyhow it exceeded my expectations. The property is in excellent condition, my room was emaculant, all appliances appeared modern and new. I was surprised to see the different tea favors provided along with the coffee maker. Both the front desk and cleaning staff are professional and friendly. This particular property has top notch security a huge plus. It is located directly across from the Galleria Mall and great restaurants.

It was an excellent stay and very good connection to the shopping area. A small minus point to leave the breakfast during the working days until 10am instead of 9am.

Overall a perfect stay except wifi & breakfast

It was a lovely, modernly decorated room. I had a great stay except two things, otherwise I would give it a 5-star experience. First, the wifi was not working. Second, the breakfast was bad. To be fair, I just had scrambled eggs and hash brown so I can't speak to the other items. However, those two were the worst I had tried. I was not expecting freshly made one and I did have some from similarly priced places. So I didn't take the included breakfast on the second morning I was there. But other than these two things, my stay was perfect! What made it even better was that sense of security - only residents with key card may access the elevator. Additionally, even though there are separate buildings, all of them are close to one another so I can park wherever and easily walk to the part of the facility where my unit is. I would return for my next trip or recommend this facility to others.

Kanonhotell i centrala Houston

Residence Inn by Marriott Houston by The Galleria var ett lägenhetshotell helt i vår stil. Mycket lugnt område, stora rum och en pool där vi då temperaturen steg upp mot 24 grader i Januari kunde sitta och slappa vid, mitt i centrala Houston. Helt OK frukost där det fanns det mesta.
