Hotel is in a great location, very close to the mall and Market Street. Staff are amazing and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Small gym that was quiet. Good sized indoor pool.

Elevator is slow and small. We were in town for a concert and everyone was arriving and leaving at the same time. Customers either had to wait or pack in.

I thought the hotel was great, the location was great, didn't have any complaints except the air conditioner was a bit loud. More of a vibration feeling than sound. Probably just needs a little maintenance.
