We had a great time and never once felt unsafe, the area was well lit and clean, friendly staff ensuring we were getting our needs met. One recommendation - outdoor overhang to check in area -it was raining and we had to walk out of our car in the rain to get indoors.

WELL, FIRST LET ME START OFF SAYING THIS THE ROOM WAS CLEAN.BUT THE FURNITURE NEED A MAJOR MAKE- OVER FURNITURE .FURNITURE IS VERY OLD IN THE LIVING ROOM .WHEN IT WAS TIME TO GET READY FOR BED I LET OUT THE SOFA BED OUT THE MATTRESS SPRING WAS BROKE.THEN WENT INTO BEDROOM TO GET READY FOR BED LAY DOWN IN BED I WOKE UP OUT MY SLLEP BECAUSE I FELT SOMETHING BITTEN ME LOOK IN THE MIRROR SEEN BITE MARKS ALL OVER MY BACK ,ARMS,ELBOW CALL THE FRONT DESK TO TELL THEM I GOT BITE MARKS ALL OVER BODY FROM BED BUGS I WENT TO FRONT DESK TO SHOW THEM THAT I HAD BITE MARKS SHE TOOK PICTURES I ASK FOR A REFUND FOR MY INCONVENIENCE.SHE TOLD ME TO WAIT IN THE MANAGER SET HERE ALL MORNING TILL CLOSE TO CHECK OUT THEY CALL SOMEONE(BED BUG EXPERT) TO COME CHECK THE ROOM WAITED ABOUT 20 MINUTES .THE MANAGER CAME TO ME TO CONFIRM THAT YES HE FOUND BED BUGS IN THE ROOM.SO TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL.WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD.
