Nice affordable hotel

Check-in was uneventful. All the staff I encountered where professional and friendly. The hotel manager ( I think that's who he was) was especially welcoming and nice. Breakfast was okay for the price you pay. The room was spacious and clean. I was overall satisfied with my stay and I will not mind staying here again.

Not the best Marriott

Carpet in rooms and halls need a through cleaning. The bed frame had sharp metal edges sticking out. The room smelled as though it had a recent spicy meal cooked in it. Used much lysol.

Great spacious rooms. Stayed there for the Super Bowl! Across from willowbrook mall.

Super comfortable

Room was incredible. Dave at front desk was nicest most efficient staff I've experienced in years and years. Super property. Excellent staff. Great location. Mall, lots of dining. Clubs for folks of all ages. Horse racing.

WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN

Where do I start? I will not be staying at this particular location ever again. Within minutes of checking in and arriving at my room, there was a couple that walked into my same room. They said that the hotel person had booked them in the exact same room as mine, but they apologized and left. The front desk just called my room after the incident to see if I was ok, but instead of owning up to her mistake, she just says that there was a mix up at the front desk and just left it at that. Later that night, I notice little black bugs crawling around in the bathroom area, the sink, and the nightstand. They were so small that I couldn't tell if it was ants or something else. The bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows were way too soft. Then I wake up the following morning at 5:30 because I felt something crawling on my arm. It was a roach. After that, I was too afraid to go back to sleep. The outside and surrounding area has very poor lighting at night. When I checked-out, the front desk person (a different lady this time) asked how was my stay. I told her about the bugs. She just shrugged it off.
