Does the job, nothing fancy. Has min requirements

If not out by 11 they'll ask for another day fee. Even if it's 11:10 and they normally don't clean or get to your room by 4 pm. Housekeeper will come knocking on you. No hdmi input. Nothing is great, but it works. Tv, ac, leaky tub, hair dryer, microwave, below avg bed but parking right out of your door.

First room we were given was dirty and both bedspreads were not clean and had holes in them, we called hotels.com to get a room in another hotel and we were going to ask for our money back, hotels.com called the hotel and the desk asked us to come and see them they would put us in another room. We wanted to know why the website pictures showed nice clean rooms, apparently they " stage the rooms" for the pictures so what you see doesn't really exist. Second room was cleaner but we still would have rather gotten our money back and moved on to another hotel.

This was one of the nicer rodeway we've stayed at and well def be coming back when we return to that area! Plus it's very affordable.

Good sized room. Lighting was ok. Bed was good. I thought the room was kind of pricey. But it was ok overall. I would stay there again.

Stinky & Unappealing!

Served the purpose of a bed and shower. The room stunk and we had to leave the door open to let it air out. Breakfast was horrible (runny watery waffle mix and nothing else but toast and 2 hard boiled eggs available- and the young guy (family owned obviously) attending the early morning desk/breakfast area was in his own world with his ear buds and cell phone.

Great Stay

We've stayed here several times because it is close to my sister-in-law's house. We had another great stay. The only thing was that the room smelled moldy some. Had to spray my perfume to get the weird smell out. Perhaps management needs to arrange for deodorizing the rooms in some way.

Our technician was locked out of his room in the evening with all of his belongings inside the room. Management wouldn't bring their maintenance staff in to repair the lock until the following morning. The did provide another room for the night, but our Tech was late to his assignment the next day.

Yes, the lock was not working but we did get it open and guest retrieved his things and was placed in alternate room. Our apologies. As far as "wouldn't bring maintenance staff", we explained to guest that the lock had to be drilled out and our man did come and do that. It took a long time, yes, but I don't believe guest was late for assignment as he thanked us afterwards. Steve Schlemmer Manager
