Well , I been Marriot member for years . I want it to give this hotel a try base on the reviews . When we walked in the hotel the staff were ok . The bill man waited for my husband to get the bags out of the car ! Ok we didn't say anything we walked in and one staff member apologize for not helping with the bags .
We went into the room and the entire room smelled like marijuana !!! I told the bill man what's this smell . He said oh yeh we had people in the hotel smoking and the police were here !
I refused to stay in that floor . They moved me to another floor the room was smal , old !
They charged us over $1800 and they released the funds after 3 weeks from my visit .
Will never trust them with CC .
The pool is a jock . My bathtub almost in the size of that pool !

As you have highlighted, our hotel is a non-smoking hotel, and on the rare occasion that a guest should disregard that, a deep clean of that room would occur to include dry cleaning and carpet shampooing. Once again, this had not yet happened for the room you were initially greeted with and we apologize for the inconvenience as well as for any misunderstanding related to your incidental deposit, which is released upon departure, but can sometimes be delayed by the financial institution. We appreciate you sharing your added feedback and we hope that you will consider allowing us another opportunity to impress you on a future visit to Houston.
