Ate that the bar and paid. Went to check out and they said I billed it to the room. 20 dollars for that breakfast buffet is a joke and is provided as part of the deal at cheaper hotels. The room was just good enough and zero of the staff didn't at some point sound like they hated their job. I will not go here again.

I checked in at late night, but a front-desk staff was so kind. The room was really reasonable and clean. One thing that I rated 4 stars was lighting and ventilation fan. Lighting was blinking and the ventilation fan was not working (I couldn't even find out where the switch was). However, I'm really satisfied with the hotel as a whole.

Rooms were nice, access to the 9th floor lounge was a plus, lacked options for snacks or drinks but a great place to go for an early morning coffee. The only issue was the elevators, they were slow and usually dirty, the breakfast buffet was pricey if you only wanted a small plate.

It’s an older property but I felt very comfortable there. Staff is very friendly. Beds are comfortable. Rooms were ok clean, could have used a better vacuuming. Have stayed there three times in the last two months, would highly recommend!

As beat up and run down as they come
I'm surprised it's carrying the Sheraton name. This place is haggard. The carpets are yuck. And the towels disintegrates on my face. This place should have been renovated a decade ago. I won't stay here or at another Sheraton as this place gives me the sense Sheraton is not what it used to be.

The absolute worst bed I have ever experienced. Put me in a queen room when I booked a king, offered a complimentary breakfast for only one morning and not both stays. I would’ve been angry if I paid $20 for what they were offering. The staff is extremely friendly, but I expected more. Definitely won’t be rebooking at this location due to the bed alone.

This hotel doesn’t deserve even a one star. I got a room in the 8th floor and I had to change it because of a mold smell. They then gave me a room in the 7th floor with again the bad smell. The bed was very old that I got up with shoulder and back pain. Two colleagues complained the same things and they had their rooms in the 4th floor and the 5th floor. Add to this, we noticed a dead cockroach in a hallway for the whole day. I don’t recommend this hotel and if I had to go back for a professional work, I will definitely be in a different hotel. Marriott is disappointing.
