Actual screaming children, sometimes running up and down the hall while screaming. Interesting alarm in the hall from 11:09-11:30pm. The desk can't check you out between 1 & 3am. Flaky room lock cards. Good food, not too large a language barrier.

The hotel and staff made this trip enjoyable. Wished I had wrote down the 2 girls names that worked m-th this week. They were amazing. Always saying good morning, and welcome back in the evening. They made sure I always had what I needed and prompt to correct/get it if needed. If I ever return to Houston I definitely will stay here again. Lastly the restaurant was nice as well the food I ordered was hot, fresh and definitely tasted great. All around great experience!

The Club Room was excellent for our families. The free water bottles l, sodas, and daily cocktails made everyone happy. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast included with the Club Room was delicious.

We stayed here after our wedding reception. It is a beautiful hotel! Staff is very friendly! Would definitely stay here again.

Reception would not provide complimentary drinks and hors douerves as advertised in the rate. Breakfast was included and was ok. Coffee was good. If I was doing it over I would not pay the extra for complimentary breakfast and evening reception. Save your money and go somewhere else for drinks and breakfast. Smell in the room was not as noticeable at check in because the room temperature was set very low.

Long wait to check in. Staff not friendly

I accidently left my flat iron. Very expensive one. They claim it was not there. I was with a group and they did not have me listed so they did not let me in for breakfast.
