Nice hotel close to downtown

I loved the Hotel location, it's almost by downtown. The stuff were amazing, nice breakfast. The only thing that suck was I had to change the room twice because the fridge wasn't working in two different rooms, but the stuff was professional they nd up giving me one is working in less that 10min. I recommend d this hotel if you want a good location and amazing stuff.

Pricey & young staff

The hotel is nice, but pricey. There is no pool. I understand this hotel is utilized mainly for "business visitors", per report from the staff, but it is a hotel and is open to the public. The hotel staff is young and inexperienced with the public, especially with an unhappy consumer. A large area open for eduvation.

Pros: Breakfast and peaceful
Cons: Nothing
Location: JFK Museum and Downtown
My experience in that hotel was incredible clean peaceful and the breakfast again great and near to Downtown

We stayed here for a concert we went to... very close to the venue and very comfortable to come back to.

Nice hotel mins from downtown.

Hotel overall was great, just hated the fact they made copies of my DL and credit card.

Good hotel I would stay again. Close to downtown.

Hotel is nice, located on I 45 which makes it very convinient to get to downtown Houston, about 5 to 6 minutes. The young woman at the reception and lady at breakfast were both extremly nice and helpful. There is nothing in the surrounding area. You have to drive to get to shopping and restaurants. Room is nice and comfortable and has been somewhat updated. I would stay again.
