Everything was perfect about this hotel. Very close to the Highway exit and yet quiet.Our late night check-in was quick and efficient. The staff was very polite and helpful. Neat and clean rooms, good breakfast. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent Stay

Pros: Everything.
I had to rush to town to care for a friend in the hospital. I hopped on line and grabbed a hotel room and hoped for the best, figuring a mediocre room would do in the circumstances. Instead I got an excellent room-- excellent! And the customer service was fabulous from the clerk who took care of my late check-in to all the other desk folks I interacted with. The food was decent. And my dogs were welcome. It was such a relief to have a nice place to be after so much stress at the hospital.

Was disappointed the indoor pool was freezing even the building too cold to stay in it should at least be warm!! Too noisy at night especially in the early am doors slamming. Breakfast very unappetizing!!

Nice hotel close to Houston

Pros: Location and staff were great.
Cons: Pool temperature was to cold, would be nice to have a hot tub.
Location: Close to shopping, restaurants, hospitals and attractions.
Great staff! Very helpful and friendly. Spent three nights and invited family to join us.

Nice hotel but could be better.

Pros: Hotel staff were very nice.
Cons: The morning buffet needed more attention and more staff persons. One of our morning the food had run out and no one was on hand to replace food items
Location: Good area and location. Many other hotels in area and close to down town.
In town for a two day vacation weekend and we decide to stay at this hotel because the room rates were very good.

Close to the highway, but not too close

Pros: It's been a long time since I've slept in a hotel bed this comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent.
Cons: The only glitch I had was that my key cards wouldn't work on the last 2 nights I stayed here, but that was easily fixed each time by the desk clerk.
I was staying in the Houston area for 6 nights and am so glad I chose this hotel. It was located close to the highway, but enough back that it was quiet. Easy access to the highway and walking distance to IHop and a couple of other restaurants.

Very good breakfast and a very clean hotel!
