We came to see the Johnson Space Center. This place is relatively close. We dined once at the hotel restaurant. There were several other places near by. The Galveston Bay Brewing was good with a huge selection. The only star I took off was for noise. Walls are thin and we could hear our neighbor (talking, sneezing, coughing, phone alarm). Great fitness center down the street that can be accessed.

The staff were extremely welcoming and nice. Very beautiful and convenient hotel overlooking the Marina and less than 10 mins to Kemah Boardwalk. We would definitely return!

Caution to those who are expecting a beautiful bay view from the balcony. If you book a room on the East side, you'll see the bay...way beyond the giant, ugly flat roof below you. Also, the balconies are never cleaned & the bathrooms are gross (low hanging ugly ceiling tiles in the bathrooms, no vent fans, failing sealant, busted door veneer, no towel rack by the shower, shower heads nasty, soap smells like lemon cleaner). Also, the fire sprinkler heads and escutcheons are rusty. We had to switch rooms. Second room was same as the first. The facility seems to mainly be for conferences, etc. so they keep the lobby fairly nice for that purpose. You're much better off staying anywhere else.

Great property - clean, quiet, great pool area, very close to Kemah Boardwalk - couple of miles down the road. It’s definitely worth it for the price plus free parking.

This is an older hotel and the years are definitely showing. It appears to have received some haphazardly conceived updates, but is still in need of desperate help. My expectations were much higher than the reality of this hotel being a step above a Motel 8. Bar staff were inattentive, food lukewarm, condiments served in plastic take away cups. Pool was dirty. The room bedding was uncomfortable and the two thin pillows per person were cheap in feel and appearance.

The property is nice and large, the parking is easy and convenient. The only downside carpet on hallways was dirty and had a smell as well as the room, and bathtub was not cleaned properly. Great location, good property just not the best cleanliness

My total stay was suppose to be $962.39 They called me the morning of check in and charged my card $179.67. Upon check it it was suppose to be $741.28 but charged my card $991.28 then when I checked out they charged it $741.28. That was a total of $1912.23. I been fighting with them for a week about refunding my money and I still haven’t received anything but excuses.
