My room came with extra (dirty) towels

I got into my room very late on Wednesday night and was walking through turning on lights when I stepped on a pile of used, wet towels that had been left in the bathroom. The bed was made with new bedding, but the bedside table was dirty with a liquid or film, which got on my phone.

This is a good hotel. Front desk is quite welcome and helpful, and room is clean and in good shape. Overall the stay was quite pleasant. Severa points may get better are, breakfast and shuttle service. The breakfast is not bad comparing to other hotels. But a better one would always be appreciated. There is no shuttle service. Hope they can provide one in future.

It was nice. Just I was surprised that my bed was not made. I did not reported to the front desk. But other than that I enjoy my stay.o
