Pros: It had stove, refrigerator and kitchen inside the room. This was a very nice amenities.
Cons: I can't say anything bad about this hotel. (One of the two elevators was broken.)
Location: Went to eat at bonefish grill nearby.

I'm hooked!

Pros: Everything. They've really thought of it all.
Cons: I can't possibly imagine.
Location: It's 37 min from Galveston..22 min from Kemah..near anything you'd want to do in Houston. Plenty of local restaurants, shopping, and walmart nearby.
I never take the time to write reviews. This is WORTH IT. I booked the room a little cheaper by using Expedia but would have gladly paid full price considering all the amenities and proximity to so many things. We book a standard queen room/suite. Our room included a sitting area, desk, flat screen tv, and full kitchen. The kitchen was way more than I ever expected. I was downright tickled by all the little things the hotel had thought of. Fridge was full size, plus a stovetop, microwave, and dishwasher. They included anything you could need as far as dishes and utensils go. Like a Corkscrew, bottle and can opener, knives, glasses (including wine glasses), pyrex bowls with lids, and a toaster. The pool and hot tub area looked nice, too bad it was raining. There's a theater room to watch DVDs in, a large gym room, 24 hour convenience store, and guest laundry. There was also a full hot breakfast buffet. We even took our dog with us, which I was stressing over a little. But the hotel simply charged a $75 pet fee and required some paperwork. It's impossible to list all the little things this hotel thought about that makes them so great. Everything was very clean (my boyfriend is an ex-health inspector and it met his standards!) and staff was so friendly. We booked this room for my boyfriend's birthday and because of the weather wound up spending most of our time at the hotel..and we had a blast! His best friend saw our room and booked for the night as well! I highly recommend!!

My stay here was amazing. The room was big and comfortable. The pool was nice. Easy access to the major highway. Breakfast was great both days we stayed.

Needs maintenance

Cons: Maintain the property!
Very disappointing for a relatively new hotel. Shower tiles badly cracked and the HVAC unit looks like it is about to fall out of the opening with badly damaged wall board. Pitiful work trying to make it look better.

Trouble free stay

Pros: Rooms have lots of space, nice kitchen nook.
Cons: A room safe
Location: Centrally located for the area with plenty of places to visit nearby.
Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Quick check in and out. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.

Cons: nothing
Location: It is close to everything. We enjoyed the tanger outlet that is close to the hotel...
Very nice and new hotel.. We stayed in room 300 and the only complaint I have with that room is that the ice maker would not make ice. The freezer made this loud noise where it would wake you up.. We had to go to the 1st floor to get ice for our cooler. But other than that we had a nice stay. Staff was awesome..

clean and nice hotel

Pros: clean and the breakfast was good
Cons: They run out of milk and gravy during breakfast
Location: the location is quiet and peaceful
the hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. they have nice utensils and up to date appliances. i will definately stay there again
