Nice hotel with awesome service

Overview: This trip for me was an overnight sray for a birthday trip. Arriving to the hotel was fairly easy. Traffic in that area is always to be expected. We checked in and was given a room on the first floor. It was a handicap studio with a king bed. There was remodeling going on but nothing to deter us from make the best of the weekend. The wifi worked well and i never lost signal.
Room: the room came with full working kitchen which included a fridge2, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. There was also supplies there for cooking and eating. It was a room with a shower only. If you prefer a tub, just ask for it at check in. The bed was very comfy and lack any major dents in the mattress. There is a sofa bed and desk. The hotel do have direct Tv which offered hbo, local channels and other network cable channels. We love this as we were traveling with a toddler and loves to watch disney JR.
At checkout, the lady was kind enough the review our statement to make sure that there was no issues. Hotel and customer service : the lady that worked the front desk saturday afternoon and evening was the best at her job. The warmth she showed us surpassed any other feelings about the hotel and that makes a huge diffrence. They have washers and dryers to use that are free of charge which was a life saver for us. I would stay here just for the customer service alone. They sre renovating which did not cause us any delay and issues.
