Roaches! Roaches! Roaches! Hair in the bathroom. I Didn't feel safe. Front desk staff hardly ever available. Definitely needs renovation!

Pros: The exterior appearance
Cons: Just about everything else
The exterior of the property, at least, looks nice. It is located on a freeway feeder road. While my room did not face the freeway, I heard traffic noise in my room during the night nevertheless. Yet, noise from adjacent rooms was not a problem. Check in was lengthy and laborious and was, at best, marginally friendly. There was confusion as to how to check me in with my prepaid expedia reservation. I was initially told that no room was available at the hotel for 1 night. The room was clean enough, though the floor had a wet substance (wax??) that I needed to wipe down using a bathroom towel. The towels are small and not soft. The bathmat was softer. The room included a large and somewhat uncomfortable bed and a fairly comfortable easy chair. Apparently, the hotel will be changing names and undergoing refurbishment according to their website when I logged onto the in room wi-fi. It sorely needs it. Again, the hotel exterior is fairly attractive but the interior of my room was like a very budget motel well past its prime. Scuffed walls and furniture, gouged cabinets, etc. No hangers for clothes. Depending upon your tolerance for rough around the edges, one could possibly make the argument that the room could be a decent value at half the price. Maybe. As for me, maybe I'll check it out after they finish refurbishing the place. Maybe.

Very poor service!!!!

It was a really bad experience. They didn't have my reservation on record, then I had to go to another Hotel for a walk in reservation. Thanks God that they had availability.

the stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable twice they had no hot water and the room had a bad odor so bad it kept all night it was a horrible place
