Hello Amanda, We appreciate for taking the time to review upon checking up on your stay. The time you had brought up the concern about the pool. As third-party websites, they haven't updated their information. However, if you visit Wyndham.com we have all our information updated there. Second, You had asked for a refund since we had no pool. The front desk agent went above & beyond for the refund of your stay and They refunded you the whole amount for your stay. If the concern was about A/C we would have changed the room immediately but we were never notified of that issue. Once, again we hope you experience the best in a future stay.
