Guest satisfaction is our top priority and we appreciate it when our guests make the effort to bring to our attention items that need to be corrected. However in your case we this was 3rd party reservation and they are the one who control your booking and charge to you on your credit card. We have your reservation and it went to No show while you didn't show up to check in. We got bad review because of your mistake and Expedia didn't gave you refund. If your reservation was done thru us we can cancel and got refund to you but when it was made thru 3 party we don't have any control. Your review should be not against us but it should be against 3rd party where you booked.
