Pleasant big room. Needs more TV channels.

Pros: big room, Clean room & bathroom.
Cons: more TV channels
They held the room for our late check-in (10 p.m.). This was very important to us after a 5 hr. car trip! Clean room & bathroom. Nearby late night restaurants.

Easy and quick check in, room very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, good location and affordable price! Would stay here again!

Not allowed to register due to my complaint

Pros: Nothing. The staff and management in particular were worthless.
Wanted to check in at 1pm. Would not check me in without a $30 early check in fee even though their were available rooms. I have never been charged this kind of a fee in the past at any hotel. I complained and then was told I was being refused a room altogether.

Hotel close to restaurants

Pros: It was close to restaurants
Cons: Check in, wash linen so that they would be white
Location: TGI Fridays was close by also the mall
The bath tub had horrible stains on the bottom of the bath tub where you sit to bath

Nice hotel for the price

The room was clean. It is close to the mall and restaurants in Humble. Good hotel for the price.

Wow never happens

Wow it was about 9 am and I just get out of the shower and the receptionist of the hotel just walking without any notice, my wife was there she did have clouts on but I didn't and he was asking if we need it anything again no one call and he just walk in we say no and he still asking " but are you gonna stay another nigh or what" and we just tell him "get out " and he ask same question again like he was not understanding I tell him that we were gonna call the police and he left again that was a horrible experience I don't know why you still have a hotel like that on this app

Bad service

Terrible service from housekeeping, they don't give service to my room, the receptionist not even friendly

Location: very convenient
close to everything, nice staff, rooms adequate, this is why I'm not going to do any more reviews .. I said what I had to say. be satisfied with it

Ick

Had I not prepaid for the room I would have not stayed. Rude man at check in, stains on the comforter & towels, so much frebreeze I had to keep my door open for fresh air, heater blew out smell of stale smoke.......overall, not a happy experience. Will not go back
