Wasn't impressed. Check in felt like the time I had to pick up a car from the impound lot.

Awesomeness

Pros: The location, the cleanliness, I felt safe.
Cons: nothing.
Location: Had plenty of choices for dinner, especially Pier 1, needed to buy new items for my daughter who just moved there and everything was so convenient.
I have stayed at several hotels over the years and I have to say this was by far one of the nicest, safest places I've brought my family to. I will be traveling to Houston monthly now with a new family there and am looking forward to ALWAYS staying at this awesome hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was the best-so friendly. Thank you so much for our pleasant first time in Humble TX. Look forward to coming back.

Pleasant big room. Needs more TV channels.

Pros: big room, Clean room & bathroom.
Cons: more TV channels
They held the room for our late check-in (10 p.m.). This was very important to us after a 5 hr. car trip! Clean room & bathroom. Nearby late night restaurants.

Easy and quick check in, room very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, good breakfast, good location and affordable price! Would stay here again!

An overnight stay on the cheap

A reasonably priced option for a quick one-night stay while visiting family nearby. Our room was very good size and surprisingly nice and the bed was very comfortable, although the sleeper sofa wasn't very comfy as a sofa. The lobby area decor was a bit spartan, and the continental breakfast amounted to nothing more than a bowl of Corn Flakes and a glass of orange juice. But we were looking to do this on the cheap, so we didn't mind.

Friendly Front Desk Manager!

Friendly Front Desk Manager. Here's a tip ... if you know you have my reservation, turn down the AC before I get there. Bathtub grout in the right corner of room 220 needs mold removal.

Good and Bad

The bed was not very comfortable to me. The air conditioner ran really loud, so I had to turn it off while sleeping. They did have an outdoor pool, but I didn't use it, it looked nice though. Free Wifi is always good. The location was near stores and eating spots.

Good for an overnight stay. Wish the front desk clerk wasn't always on his phone though. Breakfast selections could be better (maybe some eggs and bacon). Other than that, not bad
