Unprofessional, direspectful and dirty hotel

On the third night of staying at Super 8 Woodlands the management demanded me to pay additional money. Claiming, "You are in a non smoking room and I am loosing money through Expedia either pay me more money or you have to go!" I didn't think it was fair of him and I said,"I was not going to pay more money." He said, "you must leave and cannot stay any longer." I had to carelessly put all of my belongings in my car because I had an important meeting across town and could not be late. Do yourself a favor don't stay at Super 8 Woodlands unless you want to be treated unprofessional and rude. If I had not left even though I had a fourth night stay confirmed with Expedia my belongings would have been in the trash guaranteed by the managers behavior!!!

Unprofessional and dirty place to stay

After staying 3 nights at the Super 8 Woodlands, Texas the management demanded me to pay additional money when I had paid my rate through Expedia. In front of everyone in the lobby he shouted, "You are costing us money because Expedia booked you in a non smoking room and you owe us money." He threatened me,"If you don't pay us you will have to leave." I had a important meeting across town and asked, "I need to stay and do not have the time to move." He laughed and said,"I must go." Within 10 minutes all of my belongings were carelessly thrown in my car and he would not give me a paper receipt. I had him do a walk through if the room. Do yourself a favor don't ever stay at Super 8 Woodlands. They are unkind, disrespectful to their customers, and the place is dirty.

Ir works as a place to put your head down, but don't expect more than that. The guy at the front desk wouldn't even call a cab for us. Actually told me I can call my own cab.

Was fine for an over night stay. No elevator, have to carry bags up the stairs if room is on an upper floor.

The room was great, the front desk staff was friendly, and there were no problems. The bed was very firm, but not horrible. Breakfast was goos as well.
