Convenient location for shopping pleasures.

Pros: Comfort and location for us to have a great shopping experience and added fun.
Cons: A microwave in the room.
Location: Shopping, dinner, night time activities.
It was an awesome getaway. We had tons of fun. We were greeted with friendly staff upon arrival and departure.

HOTEL DENTRO DE LA PLAZA GALERIA Y MUY ACCESIBLE

Pros: La comodidad de las habitaciones y el acceso a vías rápidas y que tenga acceso a la plaza Galerías.
Cons: Las alfombras se ven algo viejonas
Location: Compras, y buenos restaurantes
Muy amables en la Recepción y el Concierge, botones y gente de aseo de habitaciones. El restaurante muy accesible los menús y la atención de los meseros. Muy recomendable.

Expected a much nicer hotel!

Pros: The bed and that was IT!!!
Cons: UPDATE the rooms and information in the room. And the pool area was a joke...horrible.
Location: Location is perfect. Would never recommend this hotel to any of my friends, family or staff.
Did not host the quality I expected for the location. Much better hotels at the same price with much more to offer within the area. Old and out dated!!!!

Nice from the outside...The other Westin Hotel.

Pros: The public areas were nice.
Cons: Employee training. All employees need to be on the same understanding of what Hotel policy is regarding times when hotel amenities open and close.
Location: It was somewhat hard to find this hotel. It was down a one way street and not really connected (from what I could find) to the Galleria Mall.
Starting off, I seemed to get this "Westin Galleria" Hotel confused with the "Westin Oak Galleria" Hotel which is right around the corner and next to the mall and other restaurants. The Westin Oak seems to be the preferred hotel as it is more convenient per its location and street access. This Westin Hotel looked nice in the lobby and public area, but had more to be desired on the room interior. Upon checking in, I was immediately told that because I purchased the room on Expedia, I was not guaranteed a king bed like I had selected. I was told to "read and understand" the fine print on the Expedia site. I was given a Queen room (with no other rooms available) (RIGHT) next to the elevator. You can imagine where this is going. I could hear every elevator conversation / floor chime / house keeping announcement for the entire stay. Peeling old wall paper in the bathrooms along with old broken bathtub plugs knocked a few points off of room quality for me. Although for some people these issues may appear to be minor (as seen in the added photos), but for me its not the level of detail that I expect in a Westin. It makes the hotel look old, used, and dated.

Nice Hotel & Convenient Location

Pros: Convenience
Cons: Was a little warm at night
The hotel was nice. It was clean and comfortable. AC didn't cool quite as much as I'd have like it to but I'm a cold sleeper. Easy to get to and mall access was great. Staff was nice and helpful! There's also a convenient store right outside of the galleria entrance in the galleria which was nice.

Pros: Wide room、many Elevators, coming soon.Good Fittness Room.
Cons: One receptionist reciving one customer should improves.
Location: We visited Garellia, drove to H-Mart and NASA.
Safe was out of order. Coffee was insuffivient. Sounds bad as a 4-Star Hotel, right? Many Receptionists, but slow progress, since a couple of them recieved one Customer. Provided very low level Room-6 Floor.

Stayed here one night on business for an event in the mall. One thing that was odd to me immediately is that the rooms all have balconies but they don't open, which defeats the purpose of a balcony. I also ordered room service and the food (super salty glorified bar food) is awful but nonetheless expensive. After I had checked out, I wanted to use a bathroom but there are none available outside of the guest bedrooms. I had to go out into the mall to find one. Not my favorite Westin experience
