Amenities that don't work

Wi-Fi was useless for the four days and nights we were there. My wife and I are tech-savvy travelers and we tried to stay connected using andriod devices, laptops and iPads. Nothing could stay connected and access the hotel's wifi channels or Internet. It would come up for a few seconds then drop out after we'd signed in when we could sign in. Very frustrating. We complained but there was nothing anyone even the manager could do but say "sorry." And let me rant about the hot tub/spa, I selected this hotel because it had a spa, but the water tepid was not hot. The manager said it was a problem with the wiring and they knew about it and it had been that way for quite some time. Not a good sign. Also, neither of the two deskphone in our first assigned room worked. They had to move us to a different room. The new room, though larger, had only one phone. Seems like the need a new I.T. manager at this hotel.
