The woman that checked me in was very pleasant. The a/c didn’t cool much but it was tolerable. The only negative comment I can say is that the fire alarms went off at 5AM and everyone had to evacuate for about an hour til cleared. Thankfully, no one harmed. The woman on shift during this incident was calm and she kept everyone updated. She did awesome!

Shuttle service from Hobby Airport ends at 11:45p. My flight arrived at 11:40p, so by the time I got out, I was out of luck. The beds were super squeaky and uncomfortable. The only positive factor was the price, so I suppose I can say I got what I paid for.

Hi Ernest, Sorry to hear about the shuttle service experience. However, our website clearly states that our shuttle service stops at 11:45. In this situation, unfortunately, we cannot do anything as our shuttle is contracted out to a third party.I apologize for the uncomfortable bed. We are actively working on replacing all beds in the hotel with new ones.

The hotel was clean. My room had a moldy smell. The light bulbs in my room were different colors. Some lights were warm some cool.

Woman at front desk lacked professionalism. We flew in and needed the shuttle. When I called she put me on hold for about 10 minutes. Another person tried calling and didn’t even get an answer. The shuttle did show up eventually and when we got to the hotel, she was on her cell phone and no one around, so she wasn’t busy, just ignoring calls.
The pillows were terrible. Very uncomfortable sleep.

The property is worn and understaffed. The dead 2” long cockroach in my room was the cherry on top of our experience.

The breakfast staff was very friendly. The woman who checked us is was very nice, too, but the woman who worked the late night shift just sat there without so much as a slight grin. The breakfast food was ok. Fresh oatmeal and maybe some potatoes would make it better. The king size bed was very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on boxes of refrigerators with a blanket thrown on top. That was the worst part.

This hotel was very clean and the staff was so friendly. The rooms are spacious and have all you need if you were to have an extended stay. The surrounding area is not great but that is to be expected near the airport.

Staff was awesome, very accommodating when traveling with elder parents.they suggested placing us on the 1st floor across from them.
Hotel needs updating, it’s outdated, plumbing issues, toilet ran all night , shower kept dripping all night.
