Nice hotel close to hobby airport

I love this hotel nice. Clean. I will stay there again on my other trip to Houston.

Friendly staff. When you first entered Room smelled like someone had smoked in it

Poor Customer Service

We arrived later afternoon after a day of traveling and entered our room ready to rest a bit. Our smoke alarm was chirping once every minute. We notified the front desk of the chirping. It took the front desk 90 minutes (after 3 requests) to get in contact with maintenance and another 30 minutes for maintenance to arrive. The room had a stale musty smell when we arrived and with the chirping of the smoke alarm it seemed that this room had not been used in a while but we were "assured" that no other rooms were available while waiting for maintenance. I understand that these things happen but there was no sense of urgency and no additional accommodations provided.

Good location, but the room had an odor, stuffy,

Room was stuffy and smelt like an old house not opened or years. The bed linen was old and not sure often and how they clean it.

Nice hotel and close to Hobby Airport.

We stay at LaQuintas everywhere we travel but this one was very close to airport parking and the airport for us to catch the shuttle straight to our departure entrance. The hotel was very clean, comfortable & quiet. We have never had a problem with LaQuinta hotels.

Avoid at all cost

The room smelt like URINE!! Now figure out if you would want to stay in a place like that. The staff were not pleasant to deal with either

This hotel is nice except for the fact that the rooms have a very strong smell of mould, I had a headache everyday from the smell as I am allergic to mould. the second floor is worst than the first. I was changed from the second floor to the first floor which this one smelled like old urine.

Not a good choice

Pros: close to the airport
Cons: The carpet appeared new but there were indentations in several places underneath the carpet in the hallway. 2nd floor. New mattresses!
Location: Airport
My grNdaughter saw a roach in the room! The bed was lumpy and had dips. Very hard to sleep I! The First Lady that worked the checkin was nice
