This hotel is nice except for the fact that the rooms have a very strong smell of mould, I had a headache everyday from the smell as I am allergic to mould. the second floor is worst than the first. I was changed from the second floor to the first floor which this one smelled like old urine.

Not a good choice

Pros: close to the airport
Cons: The carpet appeared new but there were indentations in several places underneath the carpet in the hallway. 2nd floor. New mattresses!
Location: Airport
My grNdaughter saw a roach in the room! The bed was lumpy and had dips. Very hard to sleep I! The First Lady that worked the checkin was nice

Excellent choice for the money

Free shuttle to and from the airport. We only stayed one night, but The staff was over the top! We were even allowed to check in a couple hours early because our flight landed earlier than we anticipated. Valencia was very helpful and attentive and made sure we were alright! Thank you!

they overbooked and gave away my room

Cons: Get rid of tracy and the others who gave away my room
booked room and had until 2 am to check in. I called at 2 pm to state I would check in around 9:30 due to late plane. They said OK. when I arrived at 9:30PM, they had no rooms but said they would clean a couple and then let me have one. I expressed dissatisfaction since my room was to be available at 3PM. When they gave me a room, the ceiling had water stains and some of the texture was falling off. I called the front desk who said this was all they had left. I asked the lady at the front desk her name and she said Mary. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she wasn't available. I asked for the managers name, and she said it was Mary. She then said her real name was Tracy and she was sorry. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL The next day I talked with Bridget, and she was very helpful.

Hotel convenient but noisy

Pros: convenient, hotel shuttle was timely and driver assisted me with luggage into the terminal
Cons: reduce noise!
The room was fine and clean and totally functional - all positive. But the walls seem to be paper thin and I could easily hear people talking in the hallway. The A/C unit kept turning off and on, even though I had set on low - for a continuous fan.

This was an excellent stay for us. They shoveled us around any place we seem to want to go and the desk staff were absolutely amazing! The room was clean and the maid service was outstanding.

Close to Hobby Houston airport.

Great hotel, good price and staff was very nice. Free shuttle from cruise terminal and to the airport from the hotel. I would stay there again and I will be recommending this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you.

Worse hotel ecer2

I make a reservation, I have the email confirmation, I call to said that I will be late and they wait for me to come at 9:00 p.m to tell me that they cancel my room.....seriusly???.worse thing, they didn't make any afford or have the real customer services help to put me in other room.. I am totally DO NOT RECOMED this hotel,EVER.
